If you're receiving this error, this means your account is not using the correct email & password combination to login. You'll need to try entering your login information again. Be sure to check that CAPS LOCK is turned OFF and you're pressing the correct keys.

This information should include your full name, and your Launch Cart store URL. Once our team finds your email, you can use our forgot your password page to reset your login if needed.
