Improve Deliverability of System Emails

To improve your email deliverability of Launch Cart Ecom System Emails, we recommend that you add a SPF record to your sending domain. This is only for users who are using a custom email address from their own custom domain configured inside your Launch Cart Ecom account at >Settings >General Settings>Support Email field.

A custom sending domain example: - Where "" is the custom sending domain.

A NON custom sending domain: - Gmail is not a custom domain that you own.

Add your SPF record

Sign in to the management console for your domain host and locate the page where you update DNS TXT records for your domain. For help on how to find this page, check the documentation for your domain provider.

Enter these values on the page or form for your domain provider’s TXT records:
