Getting error: "These credentials do not match our records."



If you're receiving this error, this means your account is not using the correct email & password combination to login. You'll need to try entering your login information again. Be sure to check that CAPS LOCK is turned OFF and you're pressing the correct keys.

Forgot your password



If you forgot your password, you can reset your password at: https://app.launchcart.com/admin/password/reset

If you don't receive this email within 5 minutes of submitting the form, please check your spam folder. If you still don't receive this email, please contact support by emailing us at support@launchcart.com

Forgot your email



If you forgot your email, you should reach out to support@launchcart.com and provide us as much information as possible so we can lookup your account. This information should include your full name, and your Launch Cart store URL. Once our team finds your email, you can use our forgot your password page to reset your login if needed.
